This is kind of a big ask, and it is not geared towards that.This is the fifth course in the Google Project Management Certificate program. It would be useful if they can map out a workflow of who approves what. It is great for collaboration and recording work, but there isn't any workflow. The Timeline feature also works great to visualize projects and plan them out with the time dimension. I like how you did the 'show/no-show' option on labels, the description could be implemented in a similar way. We use the Board view in Asana which works like a Kanban to organize projects into columns/sections to track progress, from planning out tasks and assigning them to team members, to reviewing and completion. It would be good if Asana could branch out to incorporate some kind of workflow. Often times just a few lines is all you need for the description, this way you can quickly skim your entire list(s), not having to click on each card individually. There is no display option and you cannot collaborate or comment on the. You can filter each of these views by values, such as due date. You can even set it as your default view.
